I live and work in Purcellville, which is located in the history rich, western part of Loudoun County. Long known as a dairy community, Purcellville has been a stop for visitors since 1874 when the Washington & Old Dominion RR first began service that brought farm products approximately 50 miles east to Washington D.C. The Short Hills and Blue Ridge Mountains frame the area located under an hour’s drive from Washington D.C. and Dulles and Reagan Airports. Real estate in this area offers buyers many desirable options, from townhomes and single family homes in newer subdivisions, to hobby farms and horse properties, or log and stone historic homes dating back to the 18th century, or even perhaps a non-traditional converted barn or timber frame. Many of these homes have lovely views and settings. It’s my pleasure to introduce buyers to Loudoun…. a beautiful place in our world complete with nearby outlet shopping and local wineries/breweries for tours and tastings. There’s a wonderful quality of life here.
I invite you to contact me for more information or to arrange an appointment if you are considering selling your home or purchasing a home in the area. In addition, if you have any general questions about buying or selling real estate in Northern Virginia, Loudoun County, including: Bluemont, Round Hill, Purcellville, Leesburg, Hamilton, Lincoln, Lovettsville, Lucketts, Philomont, Middleburg, or Waterford, I’d be happy to assist.
